AI receptionist for real estate agents

You are in a showing. A buyer or a seller calls the business number. After hours and on weekends, that same line still rings. Call24 answers with the greeting you wrote.

It asks for the name, the callback number, and what they need. If Google Calendar is connected, it can create an event for a showing. The call is saved in the call log, with a recording when one is available.

You set the handoff the same way the homepage describes it: a message, a calendar event, or a stop. You follow up from that log. It does not promise a booked showing or a number of leads.

Real estate answering questions

What if a buyer or seller calls while I am in a showing?

The assistant answers the number you attach while that number is active. It uses the greeting and questions you wrote, such as the caller’s name, a callback number, and whether they are asking about buying, selling, or a specific property, then saves the call so you can follow up. It does not promise a booked showing.

Does the line answer after hours and on weekends?

After-hours and weekend calls can reach the same number while it is active. Talk time comes from the minutes on your plan. Extra minutes use the per-minute rate on the Pricing page.

Can it book a showing?

If Google Calendar is connected, the assistant can create a calendar event from the call. Without that connection, it follows your prompt and you follow up from the call log. A calendar event is not a promise that the showing is confirmed.

How do I get the lead details after the call?

The call is saved in call logs, with a recording when one is available. You set the handoff the same way the homepage describes it: a message, a calendar event, or a stop. You still review the log.

Will it answer common listing questions?

It answers from the greeting, instructions, and knowledge files you provide. It does not promise a number of leads.

Which languages can the assistant use?

You pick the assistant language in the dashboard. English, Spanish, and French are available, along with the other languages in that list.

How is this different from the home-services receptionist?

The home-services page is for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and roofing crews on a job. This page is the real estate answering service for buyer and seller calls while an agent is showing homes. The realtor answering service page and the property management answering service page cover those separate jobs.

Where are the prices?

The package catalog lists Basic at $99/mo and Pro at $199/mo. The Pricing page loads the current plans, minutes, numbers, and assistants. Extra minutes use the per-minute rate on that page. An additional phone number is $10/mo, prorated for the days left in the period.
