If you connect Google Calendar, it can create an event. It does not contact emergency services. You follow up from that log.
What languages does the voice agent support?
You pick the assistant language in the dashboard. English, Spanish, and French are available, along with the other languages in that list.
Can I customize the voice agent’s personality and responses?
Yes. You write the greeting and instructions, and you can upload knowledge files so answers stay tied to your business.
How secure is the voice agent system?
Call logs and account data stay in your workspace. This page does not claim HIPAA, SOC 2, or GDPR certification.
